Privacy notice

This notice explains what Closers Lab does with the details you give us through this site. It is short because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you use the form on our contact page, we receive what you type into it: your first and last name, your work email, your company, and, if you add them, your company website, your role and your message. We also record which page the form was sent from. That is all.

Why we collect it

We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request, which usually means preparing your Bench Map and replying to you about it. We do not add you to a mailing list. If you reply "stop" to anything we send, we will not contact you again.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we keep them for up to 12 months, so we have a record if you come back to us, and then we delete them.

Who sees it

Only the people at Closers Lab who work on your request. We do not sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. The pages load their typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives the standard technical details any web request carries.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Write to angelica.knight@closerslab.co, or send the request through our contact form. We will confirm once it is done.
