What you get
The whole engagement, on one page.
No tiers, no bundles, no menu of extras. We read where your growth comes from, build the channels that are missing, run them until they produce pipeline, and hand them over. Here is what each part means in practice.
First, free
The Bench Map
A short read of your business from the outside. Which of the four ways in you run today, which sit idle, and which one an engine should start with. It names the buyers you are not reaching and the reason you are not reaching them.
It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. Some companies read it and build the engine themselves. That is a fine outcome.
The build
We design the engine around your buyer.
We define who you sell to, by role and by situation, in enough detail that a stranger could pick them out of a room. We set up the research method that turns a name into a reason to talk. We write the message frameworks, then the first messages, each one for a real person.
Where the map says buyers will check you before replying, we build the authority they look for: press, short video, and site pages that answer the questions your sales team hears every week. We shape that material so AI assistants can find it and cite it when a buyer asks for a shortlist.
The run
We staff it and run it, in the open.
Our people operate the channels day to day. Every message is researched for one person and read by a human before it goes. Anyone who asks us to stop is stopped, the same day, everywhere.
Before we start, we agree a baseline with you: where pipeline comes from now and what it looks like. We report against that baseline, plainly, including the parts that are not working. A channel that does not move it gets rebuilt or switched off.
The handover
Then it is yours. All of it.
When the engine is producing pipeline, we move it inside your company. You keep:
The playbook
How each channel works, written so your people can run it without asking us.
The data
Every buyer record and every piece of research, in systems you control.
The sequences
The message frameworks and the live sequences, with the reasoning behind them.
The people
Your own team, trained on the job until they can run it alone.
What we refuse
Some things we will not do for you.
- Buy a list and blast it. Volume is not a strategy.
- Send a message no person has read.
- Keep your data or your playbook when the work is done.
- Report activity and call it progress. If pipeline did not move, we say so.
On cost
We scope it after the map.
Every engagement covers only the channels your map points to, so there is no standard package to quote. We talk numbers on a call, once we both know what the job is. Start with the map.
